Forged Tip / Insert Carbide Patterns

To simplify things when trying to understand the typical Tungsten Carbide weld patterns on all our bolt-on forged tips we have outlined some of the most common patterns we manufacture for grinders world-wide!

Note:

• TTC, Inc has always used FORGED tips over our 14 year history. Period!
• TTC, Inc has developed and is constantly refining the performance of our FORGED tips. All our tips are now manufactured using our latest process called “ WOLVERINE” in order to give you the leading edge performance and quality available to the industry to date!
• We manufacture a tremendous variety of FORGED bolt on tips for all your grinder makes & models. We are constantly adding new products to keep up with the new models being supplied by reputable companies such as: Morbark, Vermeer, Diamond Z, CBI, Hogzilla, Pro-Grind, Toro, Peterson Pacific, Duratech, Haybuster, Bandit Beast, Rotochopper, West Salem, Zehr and many others!
• Carbided fixed and swing hammers are also manufactured under the same exacting standards with custom carbide or hardfaced patterns. We use T-1 or AR-400 exclusively for the base material but we also have FORGED fixed hammers for price point – specialty applications.
