 EarthSaver  grinders will process many types of raw materials and remove the contaminants. Earthsaver machine wear parts produced by The Trader include:

  • Front end Loader - used to load unprocessed wood and yard waste
  • Grapple Loader - used to load unprocessed wood, yard waste and stumps into the machinery
  • Shredder - Reduces any material to smaller sizes
  • Shear - Mounted on an excavator and used for the same purpose as a shredder.
  • Primary Screen disc, trommel or shaker - Remove high concentrations of dirt before using a hammermill grinder
  • Hammermill Grinder - Reduces wood and yard waste into small shredded chips.
  • Secondary Screen - disc or trommel to screen to separate contaminants and improperly  sized wood chips
  • Hammermill Grinder - size chips to your finished product.
