Fixed hammers made to factory specifications at our own plasma and vertical machining centers. Commonly made out of certified T-1 steel. Our swing hammers (not shown) are made from AR-400 steel. Grinder Wear Parts “extra-thick” headed bolts ensure a proper fit and longer wear than our competitors bolts. We have a large assortment of bolts: fine & course, hex head, allen head in most commonly used sizes. All grade 8. Forged “DURAMAX” carbide tip/insert commonly used in Morbark, Diamond Z, Vermeer, Peterson Pacific and many other Tub & Horizontal grinders. Bandit Beast hammer with an assortment of Bandit Beast brazed on carbide and DURAMAX carbide teeth/inserts. Replacement tub & horizontal grinder belts (belly and discharge conveyors)commonly made from 220 or 330 material, MOR, smooth or friction back and “chevron” tops for material management. Fixed hammers made to factory specifications at our own plasma and vertical machining centers. Commonly made out of certified T-1 steel. Our swing hammers (not shown) are made from AR-400 steel.
